The Foundation has funded a number of programs currently enhancing the students' experience --

-- the six afterschool Winter Enrichment Programs at George White;
-- the recent One School One Book program at Smith;
-- Ooka Island early literacy at Meadowbrook;
-- Battle of the Books at George White; and
-- e-Book subscriptions at all three schools.

    The mission of the HILLSDALE K-8 EDUCATION FOUNDATION is to raise funds from corporate and community sources to establish enrichment programs, curricular enhancements, and technological inno-vations for the benefit of the more than 1,400 students at George G. White Middle School, and Ann Blanche Smith and Meadowbrook Elementary Schools, in BERGEN COUNTY, HILLSDALE, NEW JERSEY.

    Please browse our pages and learn more about the Foundation and its goals, Hillsdale's tremendous schools, and our upcoming events.  If you need any further information, please contact us!

1.  VOLUNTEERS.  We need additional parents as Trustees, as well as interested parents to help as Team Members (Corporate Relations, School Relations, Public Relations, and Fundraising).  Your time commitment is only what you can afford to share.  WE CANNOT CONTINUE TO BRING PROGRAMS TO OUR STUDENTS WITHOUT YOUR INVOLVEMENT AND HELP.  If you are interested in joining us as a Trustee, please contact us.

2.  CORPORATE DONATIONS.  The main, and very necessary, business of the Foundation is raising funds for enrichment programs which cannot be accommodated by our VERY strained school budget.  Our primary means of doing this is donations and grants from corporations, government agencies and individuals.  If you or your business might be interested in helping, please contact us.
